What "NEXGEN" Actually Means

The name isn't marketing. It's literal.

Brandon's dad now runs warehouse and inventory operations at NEXGEN. He manages the materials, the supply chain, the logistics — everything that keeps a roofing company running at scale. He does it with the same standards he's always had. The difference is he does it now for a company that was built around those standards instead of in spite of them.

Tim's dad runs sales at NEXGEN. He does what he's always been good at — talking to homeowners, understanding what they need, earning their trust. Except now when he tells a homeowner that this company will do the job right, permit it, warrant it, and stand behind it — he knows it's true.

Two fathers, two different skill sets, two careers in a broken industry. Both of them are now working for their sons, at a company their sons built to fix what was wrong.

That's what NEXGEN means. Not the next generation of roofing products. The next generation of contractors.

How We Operate

Every decision we make traces back to the same question: would we be comfortable if the homeowner saw exactly what we're doing and why?

We grew up in this industry. We saw what it looked like when companies didn't take care of their employees, their customers, or their communities. We built NEXGEN around all three — and every operational decision we make traces back to that.

We pull every permit. We don't skip the city inspection. We use manufacturer-spec materials, not contractor-grade shortcuts. We back every installation with a 10-year workmanship warranty — not because we have to, but because we're confident enough in our work to do it. We give every homeowner a full documentation package at completion — wind mitigation report, Certificate of Completion, warranty registration — because that's what they deserve and what an honest contractor does.

We started the NEXGEN Foundation in 2022. We've donated over $150,000 in roofs to members of this community and put in more than 1,000 hours of community service annually. That's not a line item in a marketing budget. It's what we built this company to do.
