We have been monitoring the Coronavirus carefully and, prior to the increase in cases, we began taking necessary safety precautions. NexGen has created a number of procedures designed to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. This includes wearing facemasks, the use of alcohol-based hand sanitizer, social distancing, limiting physical contact (i.e. No handshaking), sterilizing our vehicles, tools daily, etc.
We take our role in the community seriously and make every effort to ensure our clients are safe. We are thankful for the opportunity to present an estimate for your roofing work. We use a combination of satellite reports and drones to evaluate and measure your roof. When securing a quote, at no point do we need to meet or access your attic. Our entire process is contactless. We manage all roof installations through the phone and email. There's no need to meet with us in person. Our crews will do their work and report back with proper documentations and pictures.
1.) We will access your roof with our own ladders.
2.) Physical contact with our estimator is not necessary. After we assess your roof, we will send a digital proposal and/or inspection report to you electronically.
3.) We are happy to discuss the inspection and estimate via a virtual face-to-face meeting, over the phone or in person. Whichever you’re most comfortable.
4.) During your roof inspection, you will hear our estimator walking on the roof. It’s a quick and thorough process and shouldn’t disrupt your work-at-home. If you want your estimate rescheduled, please call our office at (904) 802-7150.
5.) If any one of our employees ever becomes ill, they are required to stay home, quarantine for 14 days prior to being allowed to return to work with a doctor’s note.
